2024 International Conference on Innovative Education and Learning Resources (IELR 2024) was held in Yamaguchi, Japan, during March 18-20, 2024. President Yukio Tanizawa (Yamaguchi University, Japan) delivers welcome speech. Additionally, Prof. Wen-Chun Kao (IEEE Fellow, IEEE CTSoc President, National Taiwan Normal University, Taiwan) and Prof. Shingo Yamaguchi (Yamaguchi University, Japan) give Congratulatory Speech and Conference Overview seperately.

The organizing committee has invited Prof. Wenliang (Kevin) Du (FIEEE, Syracuse University, USA) to give a speech with title "Developing an Internet and Blockchain Emulator for Research and Education" , Prof. Qing Li (FIEEE, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China) with speech title "GSA: Facilitating Intra-Subject Study and Inter-Subject Development with Course Knowledge Graphs", and Prof. Maiga Chang (Athabasca University, Canada) with speech title "Ask4Summary and Authorship Fingerprinting".
