It is our great honor and pleasure to welcome you to 2025 2nd International Conference on Innovative Education and Learning Resources (IELR 2025) in Fukuyama, Japan, during April 18-20, 2025, which will be an international forum for discussions on recent advances in the fields of Innovative Education and Learning Resources, and on applications of these technologies in various fields.
IELR is an annually held international conference and intended to provide an international forum for those who wish to present their latest research results, innovative ideas, and experiences in the fields of Innovative Education and Learning Resources. This confer ence will also provide the excellent opportunity to meet experts, exchange information, and strengthen the collaboration among researchers, engineers, and scholars from both academia and industry, while enjoying the cultural heritage and natural beauty of Fukuyama, coupled with the friendliness of its people.
Submitted papers will be reviewed by the conference technical committees, and all accepted papers will be included into Springer Book Series: Lecture Notes in Educational Technology. The book series now is abstracted and indexed by Scopus, ACM Digital Library, INSPEC, SCImago.
1. The submissions should contain original, high quality, not submitted or published elsewhere work.
2. Manuscripts must be written in English.
3. Papers should be submitted electronically in pdf format according to the paper template.
4. The length of a submitted paper is at least no more than 8 pages, extra page will be charged at 50 USD per page.

Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. All papers are reviewed using a single-blind review process: authors declare their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers to see, but reviewers do not know each other's identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript.
